Shasat was founded in the United Kingdom in 2007 with the goal of providing Consulting, Valuation, and Training services to financial and non-financial institutions. It is licensed and regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and is a member of the World Compliance Association in Spain.
