Shasat was founded in the United Kingdom in 2007 with the goal of providing Consulting, Valuation, and Training services to financial and non-financial institutions. It is licensed and regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and is a member of the World Compliance Association in Spain. Shasat is a partner-in-learning with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO), and Becker Professional Education (Becker). Shasat has also joined hands with PwC to offer training programs to executives from the public sector.
